Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Welcome to the 1948 Authentic Mediterranean online ordering hub. By utilizing this software to place a digital food pickup order, you acknowledge and agree to the following operational parameters.

1. Order Finality & No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of hot, prepared-to-order food, all sales are strictly final once accepted by the kitchen.

2. Restaurant Order Rejections

The restaurant reserves the right to reject an incoming order due to overwhelming kitchen capacity, out-of-stock items, or closing hours.

If your order is rejected by our staff, the payment authorization hold will automatically be cancelled by our processor (Stripe). Stripe processes refunds automatically, but please note that the average wait time for the funds to reflect in your account is 5 to 10 business days, varying strictly by your bank's procedures.

3. Order Modifications & Special Instructions

If you need to fundamentally change your order layout, please call the restaurant directly. Please note that "Remarks to the Kitchen" submitted via the checkout portal are not guaranteed and are strictly fulfilled at the operational discretion of the kitchen staff. Do not use the remarks field to order unpaid extra proteins or add-on items, as they will be ignored.

4. System Infrastructure & Liability

The online checkout and live-cart functionality is provided as a convenience service. Service availability may be occasionally impacted by technical downtime, heavy server traffic, or third-party payment gateway outages.

Under no circumstances can the restaurant, or the web hosting software architects (Evergreen Web Pros), be held liable for failure to transmit an order or process a payment via this portal.

5. Receipts & Proof of Purchase

Please note that the restaurant cannot print physical receipts for online orders. Your digital receipt provided by our payment gateway (Stripe) via email, and the live order tracking page, serve as your official proof of purchase.
